The wonderful owners of this home in Gosforth had a vision to extend the property, creating a larger kitchen-dining area with a utility room on the ground floor, and larger bedrooms, walk-in wardrobes, and an additional ensuite on the first floor.

The property now features a modern aesthetic, with extensive use of microcement and natural wood finishes throughout. The ground floor opens up completely onto the spacious, newly landscaped back garden through expansive 2.8m-high narrow-framed sliding doors, framed by aluminium cladding that floods the extension with natural light.
