Mono House

With restricted planning, this flat roof bungalow boasts triple glazed windows and vast sliding door system, creating a light and large internal space that opens up to the external landscaped gardens.

The interior is sleek, modern and minimalist, with every finish meticulously perfected to the millimeter. We achieved lines of symmetry, crucial to the design aesthetic and is visible through floor tiles to the shadow gaps and windows to the kitchen island. Everything from the heating and blinds to the surround sound system runs via the smart home system.

This home also features a ground source heat pump, MVHR and solar panels on the roof, continuous underfloor heating and a wood burning stove to create a warm and cosy living space that remains future-proofed.

“We found the whole team to be highly reliable, friendly and totally professional. We feel the quality of finish is great & appreciate the attention to detail too! Absolutely worth the wait if they are busy, good things come to those who wait”

– Simon & Tracy, Client

Kenton Road

This client approached us seeking a complete re-imagining of their home’s layout to improve both the flow of the living space and the overall quality of the interior finishes. Working closely with them from the design phase through to completion, we delivered a full internal renovation that carefully balanced practicality with elegance.

A key feature of the project was the creation of a stunning bespoke oak staircase, a true centerpiece that brings warmth, character, and craftsmanship into the heart of the home. The interior layout was reconfigured to enhance natural light and create a more open, connected feel between key living areas. The kitchen, designed and built by our trusted bespoke furniture partner featured modern in-frame painted slab doors, combining clean lines with timeless detailing to achieve a sleek, functional, and elegant space.

Queen's Road

We completed a rear and side extension featuring sleek zinc cladding for a modern, durable finish. The project included stunning Pure View windows that maximize natural light and offer uninterrupted views. Exposed steelwork adds an industrial touch, while a cleverly integrated hidden door provides a seamless, minimalist aesthetic. The result is a contemporary, functional space that perfectly complements the original structure.

“True North took on a bold project during the pandemic, delivering a quality build that has changed the client’s life.”
